Steve Kilian Sr.
Founder of Kilian Management Services

Steve Kilian Sr. started with McDonald's as an Owner Operator in 1987 operating a location in downtown Milwaukee. He then purchased two restaurants in West Bend, WI in 1990. Over the next 30 years he grew the company to 49 restaurants employing over 2,500 people. He has worked with McDonald's on menu innovation over the years partnering their launch of items like Johnsonville Brats and Cheese Curds. He has received prestigious McDonald's Awards such as the Ronald Award and the Golden Arch Award, some of the highest honors bestowed upon McDonald's Owner Operators. Steve Kilian Sr retired from the McDonald's Brand in 2021.

Steve Kilian Jr.

Steve Kilian Jr. started his McDonald's career at the age of 12 working in the restaurants picking weeds and cleaning restrooms. He always knew that he wanted to make this his career and kept working in the restaurants holding every position in the restaurant while attending Marquette University. He joined his Father as an Owner Operator in 2007 helping build the business to what it has become today. He is involved with many different committes supporting the McDonald's brand, and he has also been awarded the prestigious Ronald award from McDonald's Corporation.

Bob Reed
Director of Operations

Bob came to Kilian Management Services from the Philadelphia area where he had more than 30 years of experience in the QSR field with multiple brands. Bob began his career as a crew person at McDonald's and has spent the last 10 plus years in a Director role. Bob has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and serves on the Board of Directors for the West Bend Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Bob and his wife Saundra have two daughters, two dogs and enjoy traveling.

Steve Rozek
Chief Financial Officer

Steve Rozek joined Kilian Management Services in 2003 as the Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 1994 and completed his CPA certification in 1998. Steve is an integral part of many aspects of Kilian Management Services.

Larry Lounsbery
Senior Regional Director

Larry began his McDonald's career in 1984 in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he started as an early morning crew member. Throughout his McDonald's career he has held many Restaurant and Mid Management Positions with the Brand in Operations, Training, and Field Service. Larry has had the privilege of leading Restaurants in Michigan, Iowa, and now Wisconsin, where he particularly enjoys interacting with the people, on both the customer and employee side of the business. Larry believes McDonald's is a People Business that just happens to serve great tasting food and beverages.

John Warnke
Regional Director

John Warnke started his career at McDonald's in 1984 as a crew person. He worked his way through the restaurant up to becoming a District Manager, he came to Kilian Managment Services as a District Manager in 2017. John then became a regional director in 2020. John has been married for 32 years, with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Karen Edington
Director of Training & Facilities

Karen started her McDonalds career as a crew person in 1997, and worked all positions in the restaurant. Karen joined Kilian Management Services in 2006 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Stout with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Karen has held many operations roles, including General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Director prior to taking on the role as Director of Training and Facilities in March of 2022.

Heather Molzner
Director of Human Resources
Heather began her McDonald’s career in 1991 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She started as a crew person and has held multiple management roles within the restaurant. She joined Kilian Management Services in 2015 as a General Manager. Heather has held the roles of District Manager and Human Resources Manager. Heather became the Director of Human Resources in 2024.
